Do you care about tenant rights and affordable housing in DC?

Do you want to meet other tenants and share strategies for getting improved housing conditions?

Do you have ideas to share with your elected officials and DC agencies about tenant issues?

Then come to the…

Tenant Town Hall!

Saturday, July 31st

2:30 – 5:00 PM

First Trinity Lutheran Church

309 E St NW Washington, DC

(Judiciary Square or Gallery Place/Chinatown Metro)

Co-sponsored by LEDC, Empower DC, ONE DC, TENAC, the Asian Pacific American Legal Resource Center, Legal Aid Society of DC, Bread for the City, Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless, AARP Legal Counsel for the Elderly, Tenant Associations from across DC, and more!

  • Join tenants from across the city to talk with elected officials and government agencies about our housing needs and solutions
  • Celebrate victories tenants won last year and get involved to win better rental housing conditions and more funding for affordable housing
  • Help protect our right to Decent, Affordable Housing!

We’ve already gotten confirmations from council members and heads of housing-related agencies that they’ll be there. Let’s show our elected officials that affordable rental housing is a priority for DC residents, and we will hold them accountable to their promises.

Please help spread the word!

See you Saturday!
